St. Anthony's Maronite Catholic Church, 145 Amesbury St., Lawrence, MA:

Announces the return of its Annual Mahrajan. For 38 yrs., St. Anthony's Mahrajanis still going strong and continues to celebrate Lebanese culture and cuisine. The Mahrajan will be held on Labor Day Weekend. Saturday, Sept. 4^th. beginning @5pm and Sunday, Sept. 5^th. starting @Noon. Free Admission! Live Lebanese Music Band & Dabke performances. The Friends of St. Anne's Hospital is sponsoring a fund-raising event featuring four performances of: "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" on Sept. 16^th. through 19^th. at the BCC Margaret Jackson Arts Center. Show times: Sept. 16, 17, 18 @7:30pm, and Sept. 19^th. @2:00pm. Tickets are $18/Adults; $15/Students; $10/Children

Adoption by Choice, a program of Catholic Social Services, will sponsor an adoption information session on Tuesday evening, Sept. 21, 2010, from 6:30 – 8:30pm @the Catholic Social Services central office, 1600 Bay St., FR, MA. This session will be for individuals interested in adopting a domestic newborn or a child born in a foreign country. Handouts and refreshments will be available. There is no charge for this session.
