Matt & Rochelle Kieron have been delegates to NAM since 1986 when they took their children on a vacation to Philadelphia and
attended their first convention. They have attended many, but not all of the NAM conventions since then.Yes, there is a great deal of socialization at the hospitality room and the festive banquets, but the
real purpose is to foster the Maronite tradition. The late Pope John Paul II described our church as "living interpreters of the treasure of tradition they preserve." Remember that when you pay your dues to NAM.
Call Rochelle at 1-401-683-9470 for more information. Also, at this 45th NAM convention, Bishop Robert Shaheen of Our Lady of Lebanon Eparchy, the first priest ordained at the Maronite Seminary in Washington in 1964, thanked the Order of St. Sharbel for our support of the seminary.
